PRK Partners strengthens its team: New Associate Partners and Managing Associate for Ostrava office

We are pleased to announce the promotion of experienced colleagues at PRK Partners!

• Daniel Vejsada, who has assumed responsibility for the new practice area of Digitalisation and AI

• Jan Ditrych, who has long focused on capital markets and financial law,

• Robert Reiss, who focuses primarily on real estate and project and infrastructure transactions, public procurement and corporate law

• and Shiyang Zhang, who has successfully contributed to the development of our Chinese-speaking clientele.

At the same time, Tomas Janosko has been promoted to Managing Associate. He manages the Ostrava office on a day-to-day basis in collaboration with Jakub Lichnovský and represents Jakub in his absence.

Dan, Honza, Robert, Shiyang and Tomas remain members of their respective teams, but will have more autonomy in working with their current clients as well as new acquisitions. We warmly congratulate them and wish them every success in their new roles.
