Newly published the Chambers Europe Guide 2025 improves and expands PRK Partners’ rankings

For the nineteenth year in a row, the Chambers Europe Guide has ranked PRK Partners among the top and recommended law firms in many areas of practice. In the newly published Chambers Europe Guide 2025, PRK Partners is listed in 11 areas of law: Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions, Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Real Estate, Energy Law and Projects, Competition, IP, TMT and Tax.

A major achievement is the improvement in the capital markets’ ranking to Band 2, which places us among the top 4 law firms in this area in the Czech Republic, where PRK Partners is the only Czech law firm competing with three international law chains. The PRK Partners capital markets team, led by Martin Aschenbrenner, who was also awarded the exceptional Senior Statespeople individual award by Chambers, has been among the top experts in this field since the establishment of PRK Partners, i.e. for more than 32 years. It has worked on the most significant assignments on the Czech capital markets, including, e.g. : the largest IPO in the history of the Prague Stock Exchange (PSE), with the value of the NWR issue reaching over CZK 40 billion in 2008; the first listing of bonds issued by foreign Polish issuer KOFOLA on the PSE; the establishment of the Prague Energy Exchange; the sale of PSE to the group of Wiener Börse AG, and in a number of other groundbreaking assignments.
